Project Name: 2×25500kVA Silicon Metal Electrical Supporting Project of Sichuan Southwest Sunshine Silicon Technology Co., Ltd. (Shandong Dongyue Federation)

Project Introduction:

This project is an equipment EPC project constructed by our company according to user design requirements. The main content of this project is:

1. The 110kV substation, including a set of microcomputer automation backend.

2. 35kV high voltage switchgear and high voltage reactive power compensation equipment, and the related supporting equipment such as 10KV high voltage switchgear.

3. Low voltage reactive power compensation devices, the supporting switchgear such as low-voltage power, environmental protection, waste heat power generation etc., automatic power distribution and other related equipment for submerged arc furnaces.

After about 3 months of design, manufacture, on-site construction and commissioning, it fully meets the needs of users and has given unanimous praise to the products, installation and commissioning, and services provided by our company.

Dongyue Federation established cooperation with our company in 2021, including 2×21000KVA furnace lining masonry project of Southwest Sunshine, 2×16500KVA silicon metal electric furnace lining renovation project of Leshan Xinhe, 5×16500KVA silicon metal electric furnace lining renovation project of Ebian Jingyuan, 2×21000KVA silicon metal submerged arc furnace EPC project of Southwest Sunshine, and 2×21000kVA submerged arc furnace electrical renovation project of Southwest Sunshine. The Southwest Sunshine Project is invested and constructed by Dongyue Federation, a leading enterprise in China's fluorine and silicone industry. It is located in Maoxian County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of silicon metal. Relying on the advantages of local hydropower, Southwest Sunshine has successfully achieved Dongyue Federation's strategic intention of advancing towards silicon metal for the first time, and has improved the local social employment level and promoted local socio-economic development by providing employment opportunities and technology transfer.
